From: field empty on new tickets

Ever since the 1.6 update, the From: field is blank on all e-mail notifications. When I check the e-mail templates, I see the{{TICKET_SUBMITTER}} variable listed in the From: field, but it does not...

I can confirm the same issue is happening here after the upgrade.
